1. What ChiroMarket Is

ChiroMarket is an AI-powered marketing platform for chiropractic practices. It helps practices generate Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, email copy, and conversion landing pages. ChiroMarket is a marketing tool only — it is not a clinical records system and is not designed to store Protected Health Information (PHI).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Your name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account.
Practice information: Your practice name, location, phone number, website URL, and brand assets (logo, colors) that you provide or that ChiroMarket scrapes from your public website.
Marketing content: Ads, emails, and landing pages generated through ChiroMarket are stored in your account history.
Lead data: Prospective patient inquiries (name, phone, email) submitted through ChiroMarket landing pages. This is standard marketing inquiry data — not clinical or medical information.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and credit usage within the platform.
Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. ChiroMarket does not store credit card numbers or payment details.

3. What We Do Not Collect

ChiroMarket is not designed to collect and you should not enter:

Patient medical records, diagnoses, or treatment notes
Insurance information or claims data
Social Security numbers or government ID numbers
Any Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA

To provide and improve the ChiroMarket service
To personalize AI-generated content with your practice details
To process subscription payments through Stripe
To send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications)

5. How We Protect Your Data

All data transmitted to and from ChiroMarket is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Access to your account data is restricted to your account credentials only. We do not sell, rent, or share your practice or lead data with third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

ChiroMarket uses the following third-party services to operate:

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
SendGrid — transactional email delivery for email drip sequences and notifications.
AI providers — content generation. Prompts and generated content may be processed by AI infrastructure providers subject to their data processing terms.

7. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Lead data captured through your landing pages is retained in your account until you delete it.
